The Institutional Development started in 1995 and is an ongoing process. |

Manpower development, basic skills training, short and long term training within and outside of Cambodia.
Working closely with external advisors and short term consultants, thus learning by doing..
Networking with other Institutions in Asia and abroad such as SEAMEO-TROPMED, Mahidol University, Public Health College in Manila, London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, Prince Leopold Institute in Antwerp. Others are planned eg Public Health Institute in Pakistan, Tropical Medicine in Heidelberg, etc.
- Develop goal oriented operational planning during workshops.
- Regular monitoring and updating of plans and results.
- Using team and gender sensitive approach.
